The Shotokan Karate-do Dojo is open for training on the following days:

 

Wednesday: 7:00 to 8:30 PM   General training/Instructor training  16 years of age and over only

 

Friday: 7:00 to 8:30 PM   General training     All grade levels

Saturday: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM  General training   All grade levels

 

12:45 to 1:30  Advanced Shotokan Concepts/Kata training for Brown and Black belt members
